Wardogs 1.0 and console release: Dec 2028Not announced: our best guess from Bulkhead's plan to bring Wardogs to PlayStation 5 and Xbox, with 1.0, in 2028.
Best guessBulkhead's launch trailer says Wardogs is "COMING TO CONSOLES IN 2028", and CEO Joe Brammer calls the goal "the 1.0 launch on console", but no date is announced, so we count to the end of 2028, the last day the announced year allows. Bulkhead on Steam

Light Vehicles and Trucks

Wardogs' wheeled vehicles in Season 2 run from the $500 Bobcat quad bike to the $10,000 Humvee [Minigun]: the Dune Buggy, Kodiak SUVs, Wolf-110s, Humvees and Ural trucks, plus the team's free M113 spawn APC. They unlock on the Driver track, and carrying players and supplies in them pays cash.

Wardogs' wheeled vehicles in Season 2 are 13 cars and trucks on the Driver track, from the $500 Bobcat quad bike to the $10,000 Humvee [Minigun], plus each team's free M113 spawn APC, as Dexerto's vehicle database and Bulkhead's Season 2 patch notes list them. They do the game's taxi and logistics work: carrying teammates the 3 km from HQ to the Control Zone and hauling supply crates and pallets to FOBs, both of which pay cash. Armed variants mount an M249, an M2 Browning or a minigun. Tanks are on Tanks and Artillery, helicopters on Helicopters, and the full list on Vehicles.

The Kodiak and Kodiak [Pickup] are the everyday cars. KeenGamer ranked both S tier in Season 1 (Patch 0.11) and gave the Kodiak 400 HP; Destructoid called the Pickup the everyday passenger car. The Pickup was the "Kodiak Flatbed" at launch, when it moved from Driver 2 to Driver 10 and its unlock rose from $15,000 to $35,000 (Season 1 changelog). A Kodiak holds a supply crate of any size (Shacknews), and Game Rant's budget Support idea is a Kodiak stocked with RPGs and anti-air missiles to hunt enemy logistics.

The Humvee is the light-armored option, 7,250 kg with 500 HP and a 95% small-arms damage reduction in KeenGamer's Patch 0.11 figures; PC Gamer says Humvees "have thick enough armor to withstand multiple RPGs". Its tires are the weak spot: popping one cuts top speed by over half, two slow it to a crawl, and YouTuber Min Max Lab found eight 5.56 rounds pop a tire, as PC Gamer reported on Sep 23, 2026. Season 2 moved it to Driver 14 for $75,000 (it was Driver 15 for $25,000) and reworked its handling: less stiff, a slower build to top speed and better climbing (Season 2 notes). The clip is Airwingmarine finding that three RPGs kill a Humvee.

The Wolf-110 is Season 2's new fast, light wheeled transport, four seats for $2,200. The Dune Buggy moved to Driver 9 in Season 2 and its brakes were made less effective, for more skid and drift. The Bobcat quad bike is the cheapest way to cross the map alone.

Armed wheeled vehicles

Vehicle Weapon Price Seats Unlock Destroy reward
Kodiak [M249] Mounted M249 $6,750 5 Driver 6, $50,000 $3,400
Wolf-110 [M2 Browning] Ring-mounted M2 Browning $7,800 5 Driver 16, $125,000 $3,900
Humvee [M249] Mounted M249 $8,500 5 Driver 24, $125,000 $4,250
Humvee [Minigun] M134D minigun $10,000 5 Driver 30, $150,000 $5,000

Sources: Bulkhead's Season 2 notes; Dexerto's Kodiak M249, Wolf-110 M2 Browning, Humvee M249 and Humvee Minigun pages.

Season 2 made the gun trucks much dearer: the Kodiak [M249] rose from $3,750 to $6,750, the Humvee [M249] from $3,750 to $8,500 and the Humvee [Minigun] from $4,500 to $10,000, per Bulkhead's notes, and the minigun took the season's caliber damage cuts. Before that, KeenGamer had rated the Humvee [Minigun] the best-value combat vehicle, with a hull cutting small-arms damage by 97.5%. The Wolf-110 [M2 Browning], called "Wolf-110 (Assault)" in Bulkhead's Oct 9 preview, is new in Season 2. Armed variants give 1.5 times the XP of the default variant when destroyed, and everyone aboard earns Driver XP for the gunner's kills (GameSpot).

Ural trucks

Vehicle Price Seats Unlock Destroy reward
Ural $5,000 3 plus standing room Driver 3, $35,000 $1,000
Ural Defender $7,200 3 plus standing room Driver 15, $75,000 $3,600
Ural Defender [M249] $9,500 3 plus standing room, two M249s Driver 22, $100,000 $4,750

Sources: Bulkhead's Season 2 notes; Dexerto's Ural, Ural Defender and Ural Defender M249 pages. Dexerto lists 3 seats; how many can stand in the back is not published.

The Ural is a standing people carrier and logistics truck, 79 km/h and 10,000 kg, and the first Driver unlock at level 3. KeenGamer gave it 700 HP, a 95% small-arms reduction and an 8x2 logistics bed, the best cargo space of any early unlock. It carries whole supply pallets, as the Z20 Lakota helicopter does (Shacknews). The Ural Defender covers the standing space with armor (it was "URAL Covered" in the launch changelog), and the Ural Defender [M249] adds two machine guns ("URAL Attack" at launch); Destructoid picks it for supply runs because it carries plenty and defends itself.

The M113 spawn APC

Each team's M113 APC SV is a 10-seat tracked spawn vehicle in the team's color that is never sold (Dexerto). GamesRadar+ says it appears at HQ once the team's score reaches 20, a Season 1 guide's figure not in Bulkhead's notes, and teammates spawn on it from the HQ computer. Parked safely, ideally inside an FOB (GameSpot), it pays its driver every time a teammate spawns on it (PC Gamer). Destroying an enemy APC pays a base $4,000 in Dexerto's figures, more in the zone. See Spawning and Redeploying.

Transport rewards

Carrying players and supplies is how drivers earn. Season 2's base rewards from Bulkhead's notes:

Job Cash XP Streak bonus
Player delivered by ground vehicle $350 (was $500) Not stated +$25 and +5 XP per player in a row, up to 25
Return trip by ground vehicle $150 (was $250) 50 (was 100) +$50 and +25 XP per trip, up to 10
Small supply crate $250 (was $500) Not stated +$100 and +50 XP per crate, up to 10
Large supply crate $500 (was $1,000) Not stated Same as small crates
Supply pallet $1,250 (was $2,500) 500 from a ground vehicle (was 750) +$250 and +100 XP per pallet, up to 10

In launch week, Rock Paper Shotgun logged a single taxi run that paid $2,515: $1,000 for a "tactical deployment," $500 for each unharmed passenger and a $15 tip. GamesRadar+ names pallet runs to an FOB, dropping off teammates and driving the APC as the best Driver XP in Season 1, when it was "very slow." Pallets must be dropped inside an FOB's perimeter, and Update 0.1.2 cut the reward for pallets left at an FOB outside the zone (0.1.2 notes). The Season 2 trick of fast pallet trips between a near and a far FOB was an exploit that Bulkhead fixed, with 24-hour bans for the worst abusers (Eurogamer). More ways to earn are on Money Making Guide.
